- Notarized Affidavit of support and financial statement
- These documents must not be older than six (6) months prior to desired semester of enrollment
- Proof of required immunizations
- Copy of passport
- ACT/SAT test if under the age of 21
- Students can pay their fees through the Installment Payment Plan
- The required down payment, a $50 Administrative Fee, and any prior-term balances must be paid in full at the time of enrollment
- After the down payment, the remaining account balance is payable in three monthly installments each term
- A payment plan option is not available to assist in with the summer term balances
