B.S. in Cybersecurity at UCA Highlights
- This BS program requires a minimum of 66 credit hours in computer science and cybersecurity, 18 credit hours in mathematics and the natural sciences, and the university general education program
- The multidisciplinary Bachelor of Science program in Cybersecurity is designed to produce graduates who can identify, assess, and manage cyber threats
- The Bachelor of Science (BS) in Cybersecurity requires successful completion of 120 hours
- The program curriculum provides required computer science and cybersecurity courses such as data structures, networking, number theory and cryptography, algorithms, database systems, computer forensics, operating systems, Linux/UNIX systems, information security, and cybersecurity capstone
- Students majoring in Cybersecurity will be required to complete one of the following concentrations:

- Read lessFor UG :- A first-time undergraduate who does not qualify for admission may be admitted under extenuating circumstances with Conditional-Prep Status if the applicant has graduated from high school, or successfully completed GED requirements, and meets the following criteria: Student requests review of his/her application by submitting a formal appeal form and all required supplemental documentation. The University Admissions Committee grants Conditional-Prep Status admission upon review of the application. For PG:- Conditional admission may be granted when recommended by a department and approved by the Graduate Dean. For each conditionally admitted student, the Graduate School and/or appropriate department will specify on the admission review form the conditions for obtaining regular admission status, including a specified deadline, if applicable, for meeting these conditions
