The University of Central Florida (UCF) witnessed 85% of undergraduates responding to the annual employment survey. 20.6% of females had over three job offers and 20% of males had 3 or more offers. Undergraduate students (67.4%) about to graduate had immediate plans to search for a full or a part-time job and the second major plan was to attend graduate or professional school (25.4% of graduates). Of all the graduating students, 72.4% who had a job at present or had accepted a position stated that their job was within their field of study. Also, 80.5% said that their work was related to their field of study

Around 19.2% of graduating students with a job or job offer felt that their university education helped increase their annual salary and 21.5% reported that they earned a promotion. In 2019, for the 5^th consecutive year, the university was adjudged the top market supplier of graduates to U.S. aerospace and defence industries, according to Aviation Week Network. UCF graduates holding a degree in mechanical & aerospace engineering, business, communication, electrical engineering, computer science, etc were hired majorly by the same.

It is ahead of all the universities in Florida with regard to conferring over 18,000 degrees annually. The incoming class was one of the highest achievings in the history of the university.

The average SAT score of freshmen was 1325 and the high school GPA was 4.25. The university has also set records for heterogeneity in the 2021 batch, with 49.1% of students being minorities and 27.8% being Hispanic. With 70,406 students, the university is the largest on the basis of enrolment in Florida.

Those students who had a job at present or had obtained a position stated that their median annual salary was $47,000. A total of 2,455 undergraduate students participated in the salary survey.

The college which witnessed the highest average salary for graduates was that of Optics and Photonics with the amount being $71,466. This was followed by Engineering and Computer Science and Nursing with the amount being $69,390 and $54,216. The lowest average salary was witnessed by Hospitality Management.

Similarly, the highest maximum salary was witnessed by Medicine with the amount being $180,000 and the lowest was witnessed by Engineering and Computer Science with the amount being $177,300.

UCF Signing Bonus Highlights 2021

The college with the maximum highest signing bonus was Business Administration, Engineering & Computer Science, and Optics and Photonics, all 3 at $15,000. The college that witnessed the lowest signing bonus was Medicine at $500. The highest average signing bonus was witnessed by Optics and Photonics at $10,333, followed by Sciences at $6,577 and Nursing at $6188. The least amount of average bonus was witnessed by Medicine at $500.
