Undergraduate and MBA admission decisions are sent within 5 business days.;  All other graduate programs can take up to 4 weeks to get a response. 

The University of the Incarnate Word operates on a rolling admission basis, so there is no application deadline. We do reccomend that students who are interested in a Fall start apply before February 1st, as then they are able to qualify for an additional endowed scholarship. 

University of the Incarnate Word scholarships for international students are awarded on the basis of academic merit only at the undergraduate level. No separate applications are required. Candidates are automatically considered for scholarships. Also, the scholarships are renewable for up to four ye
