Established in 1906, the University of West Georgia is located just 45 minutes west of Atlanta, Georgia. The beautiful and green campus of the university is located in Carrolton, GA. Also, there are two satellite campuses of the university namely UWG Newnan and UWG Douglasville. The total student enrollment at the university is over 12,000. University of West Georgia Housing

On-campus housing facility is available to the University of West Georgia international students. Freshman students are required to live on-campus until the completion of 2 semesters of residence or 30 semester hours of academic work. More than 2,800 of the university’s students are living on-campus. To live in the residence halls, students are required to apply for housing. The residence hall options for first-year students are; Center Pointe Suites, The Oaks, University Suites, etc.
