Yes, Villanova University offers on-campus accommodation facilities to their students through 31 buildings - 17 traditional residence halls and 14 apartment-style halls. The university also offers off-campus accommodation services for both undergraduates and graduates, and helps them connect with property managers.

Approximately 5,300 undergraduate students reside on campus in the university. Mostly, the residence halls are co-ed and house 30-540 students each. Also, the university offers 19 on-campus dining facilities and 10 learning community centres.

Students who are admitted to the university as a resident are guaranteed three consecutive years of on-campus housing, beginning with the Fall semester of the academic year of their admission. Students must note that housing for a fourth year is not guaranteed.
