Kansas Career Work Study
Kansas Career work-study is funded by the State of Kansas, via the Board of Regents. The main purpose of this program is to help the employers of Kansas hire Kansas resident students to work in career-related positions. This program is fruitful for students as they benefit by gaining work experience that enhances their learning of academic program. On the other hand, the employer benefits by being reimbursed for part of the wages. In this program, a total of 44 students participated and $77,000 was reimbursed to employers.
