4) Easier Post Graduate Work Permit Rules

Post Graduate Work Permit Canada (PGWP Canada) rules allow a student to stay back in Canada and work over there. The terms and conditions for pursuing post-study work in Canada are much more relaxed as compared to other countries such as the US. These rules finally lead to a Canada PR (Permanent Resident). However, in order to be eligible for a PGWP Canada, the duration of the academic course must be at least 8 months. If the duration is more than 8 months but less than 2 years, you will get a work permit for a period equal to your course duration. If the duration of the course is 2 years or more, you may receive a work permit of 3 years.

5) Culture and Pro-immigration Policies

Canadian government’s policies have been pro-immigration. This can be verified by the fact that nearly 8 million immigrants with permanent residence were living in Canada, as of 2021. Canada is home to welcoming people who take great pride in their culture. You will get an opportunity to interact with people of different ethnicities and backgrounds. In addition, you can witness festivals and sporting events such as NHL Hockey, Calgary Stampede, etc.
