The seat allotment during the Bihar BEd CET counselling is usually based on factors like the candidate's rank in the entrance exam, preferences filled by the candidate during counselling, availability of seats in various government colleges affiliated with the Bihar BEd CET exam as well as the reservation criteria if it is being followed. Candidates with higher ranks have better chances of securing seats in their preferred colleges.
