Hello, indeed you can, however it's going to be competitive if you did not have the subject in your high school. If you have enough computer skills , some knowledge and the passion you can apply. Irrespective of what you want to study you must take the SAT , your SAT scores will play a major factor here. Write to a few universities and talk with the admission counselors, you will be delighted by the way they respond.
