Basic eligibility required for B.Com degree in professional students must have successfully passed 12th Standard/HSC/10+2 (or equivalent Level of Examination) from any recognised board. Many of the colleges accept Diploma. Numerous universities prefer candidates with 50% marks for the admission process. However, you can check the colleges offering B.Com course. All the best.

If you are an aspirant who has completed Masters degree in Management and have secured the 55% aggregate marks in it, then you cleared the minimum eligibility criteria to appear in this exam. Having a weak spot in maths will definitely be a hindrance not only for admissions but later during job but admission requirements and process differ from university to university.
