As per eligible criteria for CSE, it is 75% in 12th, and there is no matter of cast category for %.

DA-IICT offers admission to a student only through JEE All India Rank. So, I'm sorry you don't have a chance in DA where the last year's cut-off was around 12K and I have no clue about the admission system of the other institutes you have mentioned above.

Engineering colleges all around make sections of 50 to 60 students. I think CGC also had the same.
