One who wishes to do the integrated course can take the admission in 5 year integrated programme after the completion of 10+2 exams. Master of Laws (LL. M. ) one/two years

You only need to pass your class 12th or senior secondary examination with an aggregate of 45% from a recognised board or university. After fulfilling this eligibility criteria, you can appear for the CLAT exam (common law admission test), conducted for the admission to the top government and private colleges in India. After successful clearing the exam, you may choose the course and specialised law branch of your choice.

To become a Company Lawyer, first, you need to have a law degree from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India. After that, you would need to register yourself to obtain a license to practice law.
Company law is one of the most interesting areas of law as it involves a lot of subject matter and a lot of diverse areas.
