If this Certificate is in a language readable by the authorities, they'll accept it. I've seen my friends submitting their state format certificates without any issue. So don't worry it's accepted almost everywhere.

You have decided to choose the challenging world of being an entrepreneur, versus the comforts of a salaried job. Coming from a business family, I guess you already know a lot about the risks and rewards of being a business owner. I have seen both sides of the spectrum - being employed with companies, versus managing your own business. The main difference is that when you are the business owner, you pretty much have to wear multiple hats, all the time!
