Yes, you can do B.Ed after BA Honors Political Science. As per eligibility criteria for B.Ed, any graduate with 50% general category & 45% for special category is required.

The NTT training fees are usually within the range of INR 5,000-25,000 for a year. Fees are different for different institutes. Generally, the fees vary from public to private institutes. Public universities are either funded by State Government or by UGC. The fees in public institutes range from INR 4000- INR 8000 per year. For private universities the cost can go as high as INR 25,000 to INR 50,000 per year.

You have to become a popostgraduateeacher first. For that, I have listed the PGT criteria -PGT Maths eligibility:Master's degree with atleast 50% marks in Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics.B.Ed. From recognised universityProficiency in teaching in Hindi and English.So first you have to do a Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as a subject. Then do the Master's degree in Mathematics+ B.Ed.
