B.Ed Course Eligibility:
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges for the B.Ed curriculum
There are many colleges in India for B.Ed distance learning.

Up to my knowledge, you can not do D.Ed because D.Ed is done after a degree course, not a Diploma course.

It is a 2-year full-time Diploma course which is divided into 4 semesters to train teachers mainly for the primary level. Candidates who have qualified 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply. D. El.
