B.Ed is a regular course and yes you can apply. You are eligible if you have 50% or more marks in graduation.

Yes it is possible to pursue PG along with B.ed.You are definitely eligible for UGC NET, as long as it is from a a recognised board

Dear Sameena ,
No college can offer you 1 year B.ed if they do so than your degree is no valid ,Since 2014 onwards B.ed only for 2 years programme as per NCTE guidelines.
