IIT BBSR offers MSc + PhD programmes of five-year duration. These integrated courses are available in five specialisations, including Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Atmosphere and Ocean Sciences, and Geology. Yes, Bennett University offers five-year Integrated BTech + MTech course in Biotechnology.
