Yes. She can apply for a Diploma course after completing 12th. Every college or institute asks for a minimum 12th mark sheet. GD luck.

Yes you can apply for NIFT exam being a commerce student but your eligible for doing only B. Design course and not B.FTech course. There are two courses offered after passing NIFT exam, they are B. Design and B. F. Tech
The eligibility for B. Des course is
1. You must pass 12th in any stream from a recognised board of education.
2. Even Diploma students with 10+3 or 10+4 pattern of study also can apply. The eligibility for B.FTech course is
1. You must pass 12th with Maths Physics and Chemistry stream from a recognised board of education.
2. Even Diploma students with 10+3 or 10+4 pattern of study also can apply.

Yes you can take adm but it will depend on your subject. If you have all subjects related to fashion design then you can do. But it will be fasjipn design not M.Sc.
