B.Des. Fashion Design or Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design is an undergraduate Fashion Design course which is a four years programme. Fashion Design is the study of creating original designs in garments, footwear, jewelleries, luggage, etc. and a study of the ever-changing trends in the fashion industry and markets. It is a combination of theory, skills, design projects, field experiences supported by cutting edge design studios, skill and innovation labs.
The minimum eligibility for this course is a Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. The programme is spread over 8 semesters.
