Fee and eligibility differ in every institute. If you are looking for a UG programme, you can apply for it irrespective of your stream in class 12. Your attitude is what matters while applying for a UG course. On the other hand, for a PG programme, you should have a Bachelors degree in fashion related course.

Programme applicants may be required to complete prerequisite courses, including introductory art, textiles, design and business. It's very difficult to take such decisions. I must congratulate you for this. About graduation, you can do it in either this field of your choice or in any other subjects based on 12th. Just download the brochure of IGNOU and you will be amazed at wide variety of subjects in which you can do graduation.
