Government College, Narnaul, is a reputed college accredited with a B+ grade by NAAC. The college also provides an Earn While You Learn scheme for needy and meritorious students.
It accepts admission for the postgraduate degree Master of Arts (M.A.) in Hindi for a total of 40 seats.
To be eligible, candidates must have completed graduation from any recognized institute or university.

It should be made clear that the titles of different Hindi exams, which are held by several volunteer Hindi organisations, are determined and accepted by the institutions themselves because you haven't indicated the institution where you'd want to write Praveen directly. As a result, degrees of eligibility differ amongst universities. Please understand, any course can not be equivalent to any central or state government job. Course is a pert of education you are pursuing or you want to pursue. Central/state/Corporate job can not be compared with any education. Particular education can be the eligibility criteria for Central/state/Corporate level job. Say, B.Ed is the eligibility criteria to become a teacher in central government schools, so you become a central government employee. But B.Ed can not be considered as equivalent to central government job. Hope the answer to the or part of your question is clear, now coming to the first so yes it is approved by UGC.

First of all JNU does not provide any bachleor level course other than languages course, like you can pursue your B.A. In any foreign language other than English which is Also foreign but unfortunately not being taught at JNU. For getting into JNU for B.A. In any language from JNU you have to sit for an entrance exam conducted by NTA every year. For preparation of entrance exam you can google, you may get some help.
