Hi Yash, If we try to seek admission in LPU, where curriculum development and placements are the benchmarks for the other private universities. Then, I am sorry to break this out but without English you will be not eligible. Although, In LPU, there is a provision that, if the candidate has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. You need to pass English from open school at least for being eligible. All the best.

Doing 12th with PCB in Hindi medium is not an issue. Like U. P. Board books are in Hindi medium. But you must have studied English as subject at 12th level. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Hons.
