As far as I remember the first place goes to Manipal welcome group Hotel which is one of the finest and it has given about 100% placements from past several years. You can go for SRM University and many others.

Unfortunately, there are a very few public universities in Germany which have hotel management course so I would simply suggest you go to go for a private university as it would be much better than doing a public university course. It will give you a lot of scope. I know it will be expensive but it will actually have a very good impact on your career.

Yes, you can do Diploma in hotel management and then do your Masters in hotel management. There are many people who actually do that and settle better in various ways. You can have great scope after doing MBA in which you can also do HR management. It actually gives you a lot of scope in other departments in the hotel industry.

To become a tourism teacher, you need to be better at your English and you would also need an MBA. Then you can start working as a junior teacher. There are many teaching opportunities in the hotel industry.
