For formally teaching a subject you should have done graduation in that subject. Doing B.Ed after master communication is not that much relevant. Although you can teach at your own. You can do B.Ed but would not be suitable in most of the cases. Corporate communication, advertising and PR are also demanding skill. Sometime we need work experience to find correct interest for us. To become a school teacher you can pursue courses like NTT, B.Ed (but subject could be a hurdle). .

Yes you can do the M.Des in Animation Film Design after B.Com. NID can be the best option for you. The eligibility criteria of NID is given below. Eligibility : Bachelor degree of minimum 3-year duration in any specialisation, after 12th standard or equivalent to 12th standard. Condition: Candidates must have passed the 3 year Bachelor degree examinations by 2020. Those applicants who were in the final year of Academic Year 2019-20 and whose examinations have not been conducted by 2020, due to the pandemic situation prevailing in the country, can also apply. Because the candidates in M.Des Animation Film Design come from the all streams like Arts, Science Commerce, So NID will provide some basic concepts of related programme. But not necessary to covers basic knowledge of B. Des course.
