Basically, maths is not needed for commerce stream to pursue mass communication.
So, you can leave maths if you want to do mass communication.

No, there is no specific subject that you need to study in this subject.

You can apply for internship in advertising through:

If you are good at Communication and Marketing, then obvious choice would be MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing. Since you have percentage above 50% marks, you are eligible for any of both programs.
