You can definitely pursue Bachelors in fashion designing and merchandising after class 12th from arts. Fashion designing is the art of the application of design and aesthetics or natural beauty to clothing and accessories. Hi,
The question is too generic. If you opt footwear designing, you may get career as a merchandiser in a footwear company, if you do costume designing, you will be merchandiser with textile units, clothing company, retail, etc. It's you who need to decide in which industry you want to go.
