B.Sc Nautical Science in Indian Maritime University will be a good career option for your future so don't miss the opportunity
Fees structure will be varying for boys and girls
For Male Cadets Rs 2,20,000/-per annum.
For Female Cadets Rs.1,40,500/- per annum. This was taken from the official website.

The eligibility requirements are that an individual should pursue Physics Maths or Chemistry in class 12th and score at least 60% marks. A student can also pursue a career in the merchant navy after completing class 10th with 40% marks. English is a must language there.

Eligibility Criteria to join merchant navy:
1- Pass 10+2 with Physics Chemistry and Maths.
2- Unmarried Indian citizen. (male or female).
3- Normal vision 6/6 is required but glasses up to plus or minus 2.5 may be allowed.
4- Admission is through an entrance exam followed by a screening test and a written exam.
5- After clearing the entrance exam, there is an interview and a medical test.
6- You also need to complete a ship-training course prior to employment. The course is generally short-term.
