Hello Abhinav,
It's good to know your dream. There are two ways of getting into merchant Navy. One as an officer and the other as sailor. Both are equally good. Since life involves some hardships, pay & allowances are extremely good. Many companies in this field have schools for training as sailor including shipping corporation of India .
