Yes, you can pursue it but it is recommended to do BFA first and then going for MFA.

Documents required for MFA Screenwriting admission are given below-
Mark sheet and pass Certificate of your Class 10th or 12th examination.
Proof of date of birth.
School leaving certificate
Transfer certificate
Domicile certificate/ residential proof or certificate
Provisional certificate
Character certificate
Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Caste certificates
Migration Certificate.

You can pursue MFA and apply for scholarships and financial aid from various government and private entities. Along with that u too can do some part-time painting work so that you earn a living.
