Training in commercial flying can be taken with Flying clubs, the Rashtriya Udan Academy, Private Flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence.
The licences have to be procured in the following order:
Student Pilot Licence (SPL)
Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
After Class XI/XII (with PCM) students can apply for the SPL
On passing Class XII(PCM) they may enroll for the next licence -PPL

You can become a commissioned officer in the Indian Navy by appearing in NDA exam conducted by UPSC after 10+2. You can also become commissioned officer in the Indian Navy by appearing in CDS exam conducted by UPSC where eligibility criteria is graduation degree. Hi Ashutosh,
Yes possible. Remember the following-
1. Admission is through an entrance followed by a screening test and a main written examination.
2. Candidates have to be unmarried Indian citizens (male or female).
3. Normal vision is required but glasses up to plus or minus 2.5 may be allowed.
4. After clearing the test, there is an interview and and you must also give a medical test.
5. You must also complete ship-training course prior to your employment.

Firstly, you should focus on your studies because, your percentile is less. Then go for further B.Sc option. I am sorry to say, but you cannot get admission with such a low percentage.
