No, you cannot give NDA exam after passing class 10th. For NDA, you should be class 12th pass. NDA stands for National Defence Academy and this exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. As you wish to join Air Force and Navy, you can apply for NDA exam once you complete intermediate.

For NDA, you need to apply for the same via UPSC website. You can give preferences while choosing between navy and NDA. Best of luck for your exam.

You can most definitely take your NDA examination while in class 12th. If all goes well and you are selected, then you shall have to join the coveted academy in beginning of July the same year as your passing out of XII. Good luck.
