The candidate who has secured at least 55%marks in their master's degree is eligible for the test. For (Sc/OBC/ST/PWD) at least 50% in their Master's degree are eligible.

Yes, you can apply for UGC NET Exam. To apply for the NET exam you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in Masters' if you belong to the general category or if you from OBC/SC/ST/PWD category then you should have minimum 50 % aggregate percentage. As per the latest notification, the official website of CBSE UGC NET Exam will begin the online application submission from 6th March 2018.

Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET exam for sure. The UGC NET Exam is conducted by CBSE on the behalf of UGC for the assistant professor and junior research fellowship award. The eligibility for the exam is as follows:
The candidates who have completed the post graduation degree with minimum 55% marks (for general category) from a recognised university are eligible for the UGC NET Exam. Candidates are advised to choose the subject of their post-graduation or the relevant subject. There is no age limit for the assistant professor posts while the candidates must be below 30 years of the age for the JRF.

As you have done your post graduation in Finance, you can apply for both UGC NET Management and UGC NET Commerce. It depends on your choice and interest. In which subject you have interest more. You can get the complete details related to UGC NET from - https://www.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-exam
To apply for UGC NET You need to know that you should have minimum 55% aggregate in PG degree.

If you did M.Sc from recognized university, then you are eligible for NET test. It doesn't matter, you did M.Sc from private or regular. You are eligible for NET test.

If you did not completed your post-graduation and are in the last year, then you can apply for the UGC NET exam in result awaited category. The minimum eligibility for the UGC NET exam is Master's degree from the recognized university with 55% marks.
