Hi,
I don't know if you have done any certification on Networking like CCNA or CCNP. If no, then I would suggest to grab these certifications. You don't need to do any Diploma separately because CISCO certification carries great value in industry and network field if you want to stick around networking technologies.

Training and on-the-job experience are the only ways to become a network admin. Here are some steps:
Learn about how network protocols help to make a network work properly. L1, L2, L3 and L4.
Ethernet - L2 routing, ARP, STP, etc. IP - L3 routing, RIP, OSPF, etc. TCP/UDP - How packets are built and interact with the network. You would then learn vendor-specific tools/commands to make a network work and route packets correctly. At the end of the day, all networks work the same way, the only difference is what commands specific hardware required to make them work. MCA is most commonly preferred by the graduates after BCA. Those who have completed BCA or Bachelors degree in any discipline are eligible to join for the MCA courses. There are many other options for the BCA graduates in higher studies. They are:

You will get many options abroad, Canada, Germany, Singapore, Ireland, Netherlands, etc. You can look for network engineering courses if you are interested in this field. You may look for PG Diploma in the same. If interested in research you can think about obtaining a Master's degree in future.
