Hi Virat,
Regardless of the course you study you must have the skills and qualifications for a job. No course or university will guarantee you a job. You may check the list below which states the skills in demand in New Zealand and pursue a course in a related field as per your interest and career plans. Above all you must meet the university and program specific admission requirements.

Hello,
I will advice you to continue to a master degree after your PG Diploma. A number of universities and colleges offer what is known as lateral entry programs. You can gain entry into a master degree program after completing your PG Diploma. You can contact the concerned university to know more about this. PG Diploma programs have lesser value than a MS course also job opportunities are slightly fading for diploma holders and you will find entry level jobs in stores and malls etc.
Regards

Hi Raghav,
Here are a few links to help you understand about SOP and LOR. There are general formats, samples and even guidelines on how to write one. You could leave a comment on those pages for any further queries as well.

4.5 band is very less and I don't think any country who are accepting this band. You need to work hard and at least try to get 6. After that you can apply for New Zealand

Hi Gurwinder, yes one to two years gap is very normal, but you must have a supporting reason. Questions like What have you doing during your gap period and how you utilized the period will be asked to you. If you were working it will not be considered as gap.
