Primary Teacher Training (PTT)

Hello,As you have pursued M.A. You have completed the first step of becoming a lecturer in India's reputed colleges and universities. There is UGC NET Exam which is conducted by the National Testing Agency through which candidates are selected for lectureship. The minimum eligibility criteria to become eligible for the National Eligibility Test is having a master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks. NTA organise this exam twice a year. So, you get at least 6 months for preparation in each session of NET Exam. UGC NET Exam is conducted for 81 subjects so you have to choose the right subject. I hope it helps!

For admission in this course, you need to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board and interested candidate can apply directly to the college.

You need to have a Bachelors in English first of all. After that, you need to appear for CTET and secure at least 60% marks.

Since you have completed your MBA, and you want to go in teaching field, so you can go for:
NTT
PTT
BTC
D. El. Ed. B. El. Ed. B.Ed etc.

It is a very good idea. Firstly, you have to do the primary teacher's training certificate as PTT, BTC, D. El. Ed., and B. El. Ed etc. After that, you have to clear TET exam either CTET or state TET. And you must be selected in merit list.
