It's very heartening to see that even in 10th class you have a dream in your eyes. It's actually very simple. After 12th, you should seek admission in BA English. Then PG in English. Clear SET or NET. This will get you job. Then register for PhD.

As per your query, you should have a Bachelor's degree and a B.Ed degree to apply for the high school teacher post.
