To become a teacher, you need to obtain a B.Ed degree from a recognised university after completing your graduation or post-graduation. Those who finish graduation and B.Ed become TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) whereas those who complete post-graduation and B.Ed become PGT (Post Graduate Teacher). You can also become a Nursery Teacher by pursuing a Nursery Teacher Training Course (NTT). On the basis of one's skills and choices, a candidate can teach primary or secondary or senior secondary students.

If a candidate wishes to become lecturer or Assistant Professor in the field of Education, he must not only be a B.Ed but also a M.Ed. Candidates must also have a doctoral degree or NET qualification which is preferred by most of the colleges. B.Ed qualification is required only by the schools but for college level teaching, candidates must have a postgraduate in Education course.

These are the few steps you can do to become a Home Science teacher: Teaching Qualification: Enrol in a teacher preparation programme . Enroll for a different certification exam or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) . Make sure you fulfil the educational qualifications for teaching. There is no legal or stringent age limit set for becoming a Yoga teacher.
