A Bachelor 's degree in concerned subject is essential here. So, you can not be eligible here. You can be eligible for PGT Computer Science. The eligibility criteria is given below
PGT CS Eligibility: At least 50 percent marks aggregate in any of the following BE or B.Tech (Computer Science/ IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/ university recognized by the government of India.
Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English Medium
Note For subsequent promotion the incumbent will have to acquire B.Ed or equivalent degree

If you are an aspirant who has completed Masters degree in Management and have secured the 55% aggregate marks in it, then you cleared the minimum eligibility criteria to appear in this exam. in Commerce must have successfully completed their high school /10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream from any recognised board. The students are also expected to achieve a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their graduation.
