Hello, To become a lecturer, an aspirant must have completed postgraduation and should have secured at least 55% aggregate marks. After postgraduation, candidates become eligible to appear in the CSIR NET Exam which is conducted for only Science stream aspirants. There are 5 major subjects for which the CSIR NET Exam is organised I. e. Physical Science, Chemical Science, Life Science, Mathematical Science, and Earth Science. As you have pursued M.Sc. Hello,
The objective of organising the UGC NET Exam is to select the candidates for lectureship or awarding Junior Research Fellowship. Those who clear this exam can apply in any college and institutes for the post of lecturer (Assistant Professor). There is no age limit to become a lecturer. You are suggested to check all the latest openings for lectureship in colleges.
For selecting the deserving candidates for lectureship, the recruiting college or institutes will conduct an interview. Those who clear this step will be appointed as a lecturer. I hope it helps!

Once you complete the master's degree, you become eligible for appearing in the UGC NET Exam. The UGC NET (University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test) is conducted by the NTA for selecting deserving candidates for lectureship and awarding Junior Research Fellowship. After clearing this exam you can apply in any college and institute for lectureship in India.
