Most of the colleges have an entrance for B.Ed. It is preferable to have the experience, but people apply just after Bachelor's as well. There is no need of experience although prepare for entrance you will make it. I have seen people applying and getting into B.Ed without any experience. Regards.

What you score in your previous qualifications doesn't matter, what matter is that you have a B.Ed degree. So don't go with percentage, the percentage is only required for the government sector as it's a GATE pass. If you have the ability to teach students, nothing will stop you.

Hello,
The minimum eligibility criteria to become a lecturer is having a Master's degree. There are many colleges that do not require any certification for teaching and selects the candidates on the basis of their graduation. But as per the rules, you have to clear an eligibility test to become a lecturer in colleges and institutes. For lectureship, there is UGC NET Exam which is a National Level Eligibility. So, if you want to become a lecturer then appear in the UGC NET Exam and qualify it.
