Hi,
Yes, you can do B.Ed. One way is to do Masters in the subject which will remove that problem. But it would be better to go for M.Sc. Ph.D. and professorship in college which is more rewarding.

Hi
To become a teacher, you must possess a major in the subject you want to teach, qualify the CTET exams and have B.Ed degree. You can also pursue till Ph.D. and then become professor in some college which is more rewarding.

First you have to appear in UGC NET exam, State level eligibility test (SLET) is another option. Initially you will be appointed as Asst. Professor and than promoted to Associate Professor, To become as Professor you further need to first complete yours Ph.D.
