For becoming a Hindi language teacher, you have UG/PG in which Hindi is as one of the subject. Then passed B.Ed. And then qualify state TET/CTET or TGT/PGT. And apply according to the vacancies.

No. You can't. According to UGC guidelines, you need to pursue M.A. Hindi, Then you will be eligible for lecturer. Besides this basic requirement you have to clear NET/ Ph.D.

Any person having a Bachelors Degree in Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Jammu or an examination passed from any other University recognized as equivalent thereto shall be eligible for admission to the M.Ed. program
