The demand for primary section is not so high. You only have to pass your class 12th with good marks, and you can do some of the degree or graduation course to enhance your career. Otherwise, passing your senior secondary exams are enough to get hired for the primary teaching.

Hi,Junior Basic Training course is technically an elementary teacher training course. JBT is similar to D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) course. D.El.Ed is a diploma course of 2 years in Education, which is required as an eligibility to apply as a primary (classes 1 to 4) level teacher. B.Ed is a degree course of two years in Education which is required for applying as a secondary and higher secondary level teacher. To apply for a D.El.Ed course, the candidate needs to have finished 10+2. To do B.Ed, the candidate needs to have completed the bachelor's degree with 50% marks in the Honours subject. Hello,
The aspirants completed Masters in Commerce, Arts or Management can apply for the UGC NET exam. There is no age limit to appear in the NET Exam. Well, if you want to gain the UGC fellowships worth INR 25000 per month for studies. And for research, you need to clear the JRF cut-off. The Age limit is 30 years for JRF (For Female and Reserved Category students the age limit is 35 years)
The NET Exam is conducted in two phases- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is conducted in the Aptitude section and Paper 2 is conducted in the Subject selected by candidates in the Post graduation (Management in your case)

Candidates must have completed Shastri or BA (with Sanskrit) in 10+2+3 Scheme and/or MA (Sanskrit) from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates) marks in the qualifying examination.

Firstly, it depends on your interest. If you want to be a primary teacher, you have to do D.El.Ed course. If you want to be a professor/lecturer then you may opt MA and then you have to complete the eligibility criterion for that.
