Hi,
Yes, the candidate should have completed a Masters Degree course in the second division with minimum 55% marks in the concerned subject should have done Bachelors in Education or an equivalent degree for PU college lecturer.

Sure you're eligible for NET in the subject of management. After clearing the NET you're basically eligible for working in any private/government college as assistant professor before that you need to have some years of work experience in teaching in any colleges for government college Asst. Prof job.

To become an Income Tax Officer, one should first of all enter the Income Tax Department as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant. Then they can get promotion to the designation of Income Tax Officer after qualifying the departmental examination. First step required for joining as Income Tax Inspector or Tax Assistant is to qualify Combined Graduate Level examination. Becoming a Professor doesn't come through a degree alone. One needs to fulfill the criteria of the University where he is working. If you mean that you want to be a College/Higher Education Faculty, then you need to clear UGC NET in that Subject. You appear in NET Exam for the Subject you studied in your Post Graduation. Along with UGC NET/JRF your Ph.D. and further research will be an added advantage to get a job.

It is not possible for you to become lecturer just after 12th. You will have to complete your graduation and after that your post-graduation. Then only you will get healthy salary and desirable post. Best of Luck.

I guess for being a teacher, you would have to go for the degree known as B.Ed. Mostly, the government teachers should hve that degree is the rule I guess. You may ask the relevant university there and get the further information regarding the government teacher.
