The age criteria for physically disabled is 35 to 40. Yes please try in government agencies. You should get some age relaxations keeping disability in mind.

Yes, you are eligible for the NET examination as per the qualification.
The eligibility criteria for the National Eligibility Test is post graduation degree with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university or institutes of India.
As you are post graduated in MA, you can appear for the NET exam. If you want to go for the fellowship award through the NET exam then you must fulfill the age limit criteria. The candidates must be below 28 years old. There is 5 years age relaxation for the reserved category candidates.
There is no age limit criteria for the the assistant professor posts.

Not only a primary or high school, you will be eligible for a higher secondary school. Also, to be a physical education teacher after completion of BPE or B.P.Ed.

There must be more than 60% to be an eligible candidate to appear in the entrance test to become a teacher in the government sector. However, you can teach with lower marks in private schools/colleges only if you are experienced and capable enough. Go ahead.

The best post graduate degree will be MA in education to become a teacher in a government college. After MA, you can go for CBSE NET entrance test.
