Dear Mohan,
To achieve your target, you have to crack the NET exam or would complete Ph.D in particular domain with good grade and you should have good command over your subject .
Many universities do consider the correspondence degree for their lecturer opening but some don't.

Teachers with B.Ed degrees or other teacher training certificates after graduation are called Trained Graduate Teachers and are eligible to teach in junior classes in school, while teachers having a teacher training certificate after post-graduation are called Postgraduate Trained Teachers and are eligible to teach senior classes in school.
