No.M.A and M.Ed are two different courses.At first complete Your B.Ed degree without which you can't apply on teaching jobs. After completing B.Ed you can complete Your M.A or M.Ed degree. According to my view there is no need of M.Ed degree to get a teaching job but M.A is important.it has an academic background.

You can apply other state or some private colleges who are also recommended by UGC and NCTE rules.
