You need to complete your master degree in a specialized field than through net exam or after PHd degree you can apply for the post of professor in a college.
Firstly you need to choose in which field you want to do specialization .

In your case you should complete your MCA and than go for either NET or Phd . After wards you will get the growth in both the ways ( Salary and Position ) too. Even you can apply to colleges for teaching.
