You can go for B.Ed after doing B.Sc. With Zoology and B.A. In English . B.Ed is a professional degree for teaching in school. These days job prospects In schools are more as compared to that in colleges. You can opt for Science or English literature. Moreover for getting a job in college one needs to go fir M.Sc. M.Ed or Ph.D. too. There is still no job security. Focus on this.

Yes, you are almost eligible to become a TGT teacher as you have done B.Com and B.Ed but you also have to clear CTET (central teacher eligibility test ) to become a teacher. After clearing it, you can easily apply in schools for being a teacher.
